​​​​​Hi, I’m Warren, the owner of Honed By Jones. I started sharpening knives and tools over 6 years ago and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to make it my full time work. I’m passionate about bringing blades from their dull and worn state to a new or better than new condition.

What’s my sharpening process?​​ I don’t believe in one size fits all sharpening. I often like to say that

“I let the knife tell me what to do.”

I have a variety of whetstones, two fixed angle sharpeners, a water cooled rotary sharpener, and 1x30 belt sanders so I can customize sharpening depending on the style of knife. Scissors, garden tools and the other items I sharpen are treated with the same attention to detail.
