Where am I going now?

Good morning! If you made it to my website you likely already know that my sharpening service, Honed By Jones, is located in Carson City, Nevada. I have a home workshop that’s in the central part of town near Mills Park. But thankfully for my personality I’m not stuck in my home workshop all day, every day.

One of my favorite times of the week is Sunday morning because I get to do my weekly booth at the Reno Riverside Farmers Market. The Riverside FM is different than other farmers markets in the area because it goes year round. I also sharpen every Friday from 10am-2pm at Wicksstrom Ace Hardware on Topsy Lane.

I’ve also done sharpening block parties in Carson City, Reno, and Lake Tahoe and those are always super fun but also A LOT of work.

In addition I’ve had customers bring items that needed sharpening from all around the Lake Tahoe area, Reno, Minden, Gardnerville, Silver City, Virginia City, Markleeville, Dayton, Sparks, Fallon, Smith Valley and on and on and on. So where am I going? I’m about to go make my sweetheart coffee and then make myself breakfast. It’s gonna be another full day.
